When you request a quote or contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, city, wall dimensions, project details, preferred timing, and any photos or artwork you choose to share. Our hosting and security providers may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and request timestamps.
How we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, prepare mockups and estimates, evaluate wall and project requirements, schedule service, communicate about a project, maintain website security, prevent misuse, and improve our customer experience.
How information may be shared
We may share information with service providers that help us host the website, communicate with customers, prepare or deliver a project, or maintain business records. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer. WallPrint Now does not currently sell personal information or intentionally share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for inquiries, projects, legal obligations, accounting, dispute resolution, and security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
